2) Our Service

We curate and present motivational and inspirational quotes, related imagery, articles, and features such as favorites and reminders. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3) In‑App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Billing: Certain features may be offered as paid one‑time purchases or auto‑renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and your purchase is subject to the store’s terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Auto‑renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions via your device’s account settings (App Store or Google Play). We cannot cancel on your behalf.
  • Trials and promotions: If a free trial or promotional price is offered, eligibility and duration are determined by the app stores. At the end of a trial, the subscription converts to a paid plan unless canceled.
  • Price changes: We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. Where required, app stores will notify you; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
  • Refunds: All refunds are handled by the respective app store under its refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
  • Access: Failure to pay or a canceled/expired subscription may result in loss of access to premium features.

4) Permitted Use

  • Personal, non‑commercial use only unless you obtain our written permission.
  • You may share links and brief excerpts with clear attribution to MotivationalQuote.org.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, frame, scrape, or mass‑download content without prior written consent.

5) Communications and Optional Features

  • Some optional features (e.g., newsletters or contact forms) may require providing an email address. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
  • We do not operate user accounts for the general site/app experience.

6) User Submissions
